Made by a pastor, for the church treasury.
Church Ledger was born in a church of fewer than 100 members, after twelve years of ministry paying every month to balance the books, closes that didn’t add up and data spread across several platforms.
Our mission
That any church, large or small, can keep its finances in order and in the open, without paying someone outside every month to balance the books. The treasurer records, reconciles and closes, and at year end everything is ready for the year-end close.
What guides us
Simple
Few screens, clear words and large text. If the treasurer gets lost, that’s on us.
Independent
It works on its own. It doesn’t need other software to do its job.
Honest with the numbers
Reports come only from your records. Nothing is invented and every change is logged.
Truly bilingual
Spanish and English throughout, for Hispanic and U.S. churches.
Tested at home first
Before opening it to other churches, we use it in our own congregation with the treasurer and the pastoral team. That way we know it works with real tithes and real closes.
